Shipping Guide


CardshopTolaria ships all orders from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. To make shipping as simple as possible, we have simplified our shipping options to include the cheapest and most secure shipping options. We believe that these are the best shipping and that you will be happy with the service. If you require an alternative shipping method, don't hesitate to contact us at support@cardshoptolaria.com and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Domestic



CardShopTolaria offers two shipping options within Canada:


Letter post begins at C$1.99 when ordering singles. In some cases when ordering a large number of cards, this option may not be available. When using this option, most are delivered nationally within 4 business days (and shorter within the province or city), not including the date of mailing. This estimate does include the possibility of mail redirection, weather, volume and other circumstances and it may take as long as 15 business days to arrive in more extreme scenarios. Be advised that we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail if you choose this option, however, our experience has shown that complications are extremely rare.


Tracked Shipping begins at C$11.99 for singles and C$14.99 for product and supplies. This option includes both tracking and insurance for a more secure experience.

United States


CardShopTolaria offers a single shipping option to the United States.

USPS begins at C$4.99 and comes fully tracked. We anticipate most mail delivered within 8 business days. This estimate does include the possibility of mail redirection, weather, volume and other circumstances, or delivery times for territories under the United States of America. It may take as long as 20 business days to arrive in more extreme scenarios. We strongly believe this is the best option to deliver your cards in the safest, most economical manner.

Local Pickup


Local pickup is available free of charge at Phoenix Comics NW, 1010 16th Ave NW, Calgary, AB.

Pick up times will be based on the time that you place your order. Please see the shipping chart below.

You will be sent an email notice when your shipment is ready for pickup.

You may pick up orders during Phoenix Comics NW store hours once you have received your confirmation email. Identification will be required for pick up.

Please do not attempt to pick up orders before you receive the confirmation email as they will not be available.

Mon 12:00 AM to Mon 11:59 PM Tuesday by 6 PM.
Tue 12:00 AM to Tue 11:59 PM Wednesday by 6 PM.
Wed 12:00 AM to Wed 11:59 PM Thursday by 6 PM.
Thu 12:00 AM to Thu 11:59 PM Friday by 6 PM.


Orders may be processed and available earlier than the posted times, but can't be guaranteed to be available earlier.

Overseas
